Our Pulmonary Care team includes:
- Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists
- Registered Dietitian
- Specially Trained Nursing Staff
- Attending Physicians and APRNs
- Social Workers and Case Managers
We are committed to provide the most comprehensive care, personalized services and support for residents experiencing:
- Moderate to severe COPD
- Pneumonia
- Chronic Bronchitis
- Lung Disease
- Emphysema & Asthma
- Pulmonary Hypertension
- Other respiratory illnesses
Program participants will be monitored through comprehensive standardized assessments and objective testing
